- Consultants with extensive experience in the international P&C sector (US, UK and Bermuda)
- Independence (BSI is not aligned with specific vendors)
- Proven methodology
- Interrogate and understand business requirements/drivers
- Interrogate and understand existing systems landscape (gap analysis)
- Document existing requirements (e.g., RFI, RFP, etc)
- Define the members and structure of the evaluation team
- Identify potential supplier(s) (e.g., long list)
- Identify finalist(s) (e.g., short list)
- Support the detailed investigation process providing advice and guidance to the evaluation team.
- Skills to interact with the potential vendor(s) throughout the process. When appropriate front the entire process.
- Market awareness and knowledge to execute/support commercial and legal negotiation.
